Kelly and the team have been patient with my issue. I did a backup using ITunes and did restore on Dec 25, 2024 but it went terribly losing all my pictures and whatsapp messages. The pictures are priceless and I could barely sleep on that day. The same application for backing up didn't work when restoring which was weird. Went to the phone's customer support and even though they tried everything to support they were limited to restore my pictures. Was searching on the web for long hours and found out a thread about Decipher Tools and decided to buy along with another application which I too paid. i could barely get my phone to restart and i had to erase it. When i tried to initially restore it said the backup file was corrupted i spent 48 hours trying to resolve the issue and then i came across decipher backup repair. it took 4 hour but it repaired my file, i lost about a month of text messages but that is a small price to pay to have my phone back up and running.

Our daughter’s iPhone was going bad and would turn off all the time and the wifi was not working. I was able to do a backup up on our computer and then I wiped the device. I should have waited to see if the backup was corrupt or not. When we went to restore another phone with her backup, it was corrupt!! I was sooo sad for her!! I got a new iPad and I had given away my old one to be factory reset. On returning home, I tried restoring backup from my PC, but to my horror, I got the backup was corrupted error. I was in despair whole night; I found this platform while looking for solutions, but I was really skeptical. After checking the testimonials, I decided to give it a try - and it worked.
